Rory McFadden

I am a freelance video editor and an outreach coordinator for Kartemquin and Beti Films. 

I came to be a documentary filmmaker from my background in nursing. My work in intensive care, public health, and research in trauma and stress inspired me to impact change through nonfiction storytelling.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in film from the University of Notre Dame, a master’s degree in nursing from Rush University, and a graduate certificate in documentary filmmaking from George Washington University.
